Segway is a 2 wheeled vehicle that is like a scooter, but instead of the wheels being one after another the wheels are right next to each other. Which takes some serious balance which is exactly what the segway does.

The Segway uses a gyroscope to keep itself balanced. People use these to commute to work or just for Fun! To move forward you lean forward! Same to go Backwards and stop except you lean backwards or just stand straight up. to Turn you lean the Handle bar to the Left or Right. I love the Segway I think its an incredible invention!
